Welcome to First Presbyterian Church of Grove City (the “Church”). By accessing or using our services, website, facilities, or participating in our events, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all church members, visitors, and users of our facilities, website, and services.

 

2. Participation in Church Activities

  • Church activities, programs, and events are open to individuals who agree to respect the Church’s values, mission, and code of conduct.

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others, including staff, members, and visitors.

  • The Church reserves the right to deny participation in activities or events to individuals who violate this code of conduct.

 

3. Membership Expectations

  • Members are encouraged to actively participate in the spiritual, social, and community life of the Church.

  • Contributions, whether financial or through volunteer service, are appreciated but not mandatory.

  • Membership is subject to the Church’s bylaws, policies, and spiritual guidelines.

 

4. Use of Facilities

  • Church facilities are provided for spiritual and community activities. Use of facilities must be pre-approved by church leadership for events outside regular services.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and respecting property while using Church facilities.

  • Any damage to church property resulting from negligence or misuse may result in financial liability.

 

5. Online Platform Usage

  • Access to the Church website, social media, or other digital platforms is provided for spiritual enrichment, information, and communication.

  • Users agree not to post or share inappropriate, harmful, or disrespectful content on Church-managed platforms.

  • The Church may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms & Conditions.

 

6. Privacy and Data Usage

  • Personal information collected during your interaction with the Church will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By participating in events or programs, you agree that photographs or videos of you and your children taken at church events may be used for church-related publications or promotions. If you wish to opt out, please notify church leadership in writing.

 

7. Financial Contributions

  • All donations, tithes, or offerings made to the Church are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Contributions are used to support the Church’s mission, programs, and operational expenses.

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Church is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during participation in Church events, activities, or use of its facilities unless caused by gross negligence.

  • Participation in Church activities is at your own risk.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the use of Church services, facilities, or activities will first be addressed through mediation with Church leadership.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed-upon third party for resolution.

 

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Church reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as needed. Changes will be communicated through the Church website, bulletins, or email.
