Huckleberry House

Huckleberry House believes there is hope in every young person’s story. This trusted local organization provides shelter, support, and guidance to youth and young adults facing crisis, housing instability, and difficult life circumstances.
Through a 24 hour Teen Crisis Shelter, Huckleberry House offers a temporary safe place for youth ages 12 to 17, meeting immediate needs such as meals, a warm bed, clothing, and hygiene items. For young adults ages 18 to 24, the Transitional Living Program provides a stable place to live while offering supportive services that help participants move toward independence.
Huckleberry House also operates a Counseling Center staffed by licensed professionals who specialize in working with youth, young adults, and families. These services address mental health needs, strengthen coping skills, and support long-term stability. In addition, the Youth Outreach Program connects with young people in the community to prevent homelessness and provide resources before a crisis escalates.
Each year, Huckleberry House makes a measurable impact, providing tens of thousands of nights of shelter, thousands of hours of counseling and mental health services, and outreach to thousands of youth through community programs and presentations.
Through our partnership with Huckleberry House, we support life-changing work that offers safety, healing, and hope to young people when they need it most.
